This year’s theme of Food as Common Ground takes a look at the shared human experience that is inherent in food. So, pull up a chair and dig into conversation, local food, and the magic that is Harvest Week!
Chefs Nick Kayser (Vesta), Dana Rodriguez (Super Mega Bien), Ben Ashworth (Bistro Vendôme), and Ty Leon (Bistro Georgette) will rescue ingredients that might have otherwise been wasted from farmers’ fields, the farmers’ market, or throughout the week and transform them into a truly special meal.
Tickets are $85 per night, including a cocktail hour, passed appetizers, optional tours of The GrowHaus, a seated six-course family-style dinner, with an open bar featuring local beer, wine, and cocktails.
