Tap Fourteen will be hosting a Whiskey Dinner with Laws Whiskey House at our Uptown location at 19th & Logan. We will be serving a five course menu, five Laws Whiskies, one Laws Cocktail, and one beer, aged in Laws Whiskey Barrels.
Amuse: Scallop and shrimp ceviche with avocado, yellow bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, orange and lime juice with corn tortillas
Salad Appetizer: Mixed green salad with blood orange tarragon vinaigrette, roasted beets, blue cheese, crispy speck, blood orange segments, fried beet garnish
Hot Appetizer: Lamb larb pierogi: pretzel dough with lamb larb filling and a sweet asian dipping sauce (2 each)
Main Course: Smoked and slow cooked brisket, roasted carrots, white chocolate mashed potato, rosemary demi glaze
Dessert: Shortbread with mascarpone ice cream, cocoa nibs, espresso and bourbon glaze, and bacon cherry jam
